Based on our knowledge and experience of training and professional development we are confident that the quality and content of these courses is amongst the very best available.
All these courses are offered mainly as remote service classroom teaching. Some courses are also available in presence according to the customer needs. Trainings are offered only together with the respective exam. We operate worldwide and can offer training in a variety of languages.
Classroom training is delivered by accredited trainers according to the related Examination Institute with many years of experience in IT Security, IT Management, Enterprise Governance e Project Management. Our classroom courses are a supportive and collaborative experience where you will get to learn in a group, sharing your experience with other professionals and applying the method we are teaching to your working life. The majority of SSC’s classroom training consists of pre-course materials that provide attendees the opportunity to prepare for the course. During the course, the combination of trainer presentations, individual and group tasks, and workshopped flip chart diagrams help delegates to understand and learn the subject.
Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
In case of reconsideration or renunciation, the customer will be reimbursed with the entire sum if this is formulated in writing via certified e-mail (sscsrl@pec.sscsrl.com) no later than 7 days prior to the start of the course. After this deadline and before the start of the training activities, Ssc srl will retain an amount equal to 25% of the amount ordered. Nothing is refunded from the start date of the training activities.
Replacement of a attendee is allowed upon notification of the Customer via fax and / or certified email at least 1 working days before the starting date of the course.
Complaint and Appeal
Security Solutions Consultants, aims to provide with a high quality study experience, but unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong. It’s important that you contact us as soon as possible, and at least within 28 days of encountering the problem. Most issues can be resolved straight away.
We have a 3 stage process for dealing with complaints and appeals.
1.Submit complaint
Your complaint or appeal is addressed to the Vendor with whom the exam has been made.
- Escalate
If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint or appeal to the appropriate Vendor.
- Request a review
Where there’s still no resolution, you’ll be able to request a review.
